이 안내는 ‘내가 기억할게’ iOS와 Android 앱의 정보 처리 방식을 설명합니다.

1. 기기에 보관하는 정보

사용자가 입력한 사람 이름과 관계, 생일과 기념일, 약속과 개인 일정, 메모, 선택하거나 촬영한 사진은 기본적으로 사용 중인 iPhone 또는 Android 기기의 앱 저장 공간에 보관됩니다. 앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며 이러한 기록과 사진을 운영자 서버로 전송하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.

Pro의 1회 구매와 복원은 iOS에서는 Apple App Store, Android에서는 Google Play를 통해 처리됩니다. 앱은 해당 스토어가 반환한 구매 상태를 확인해 Pro 권한을 적용합니다. Android 앱은 Google Play Billing 라이브러리를 사용하며, 구매 처리와 관련한 기술적 진단 정보가 Google에 전달될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 카드 번호나 Apple·Google 계정 암호를 앱에서 직접 받지 않습니다. 스토어가 처리하는 정보에는 각 스토어의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. iOS와 Android의 Pro 구매 권한은 서로 이전되지 않습니다.

4. 광고·추적·분석

현재 앱에는 광고, 사용자 추적, 운영자 서버로 보내는 분석 도구 또는 외부 AI 연결 기능이 없습니다. 스토어와 운영체제에서 별도로 처리하는 구매·기술적 진단 정보에는 해당 서비스의 정책과 사용자 설정이 적용됩니다.

5. 백업과 공유

사용자가 직접 백업 파일, 추억 카드 이미지 또는 기억책 PDF를 내보낼 수 있습니다. Android에서는 시스템 파일 선택기로 저장 위치와 가져올 파일을 고릅니다. 선택한 저장 서비스나 공유 대상에 전달된 파일은 해당 서비스의 정책과 사용자 설정에 따라 처리됩니다. 앱은 별도 자동 기기 간 동기화 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다. iPhone의 백업 동작은 운영체제와 사용자 설정에 따라 달라집니다. 현재 Android 앱은 운영체제 클라우드 자동 백업을 사용하지 않도록 설정되어 있습니다. 기기 간 이전은 Android 버전·제조사에 따라 다를 수 있으므로, 기기 변경이나 앱 삭제 전에 수동 백업 파일을 별도로 보관해 주세요.

6. 삭제와 보관

앱에서 기록을 지울 수 있습니다. 사람을 삭제하면 연결된 날짜·기록·약속·사진·준비 자료도 함께 삭제됩니다. 다른 사람의 기록과 연결되지 않은 개인 일정은 별도로 남습니다. 복원 시 오류 복구를 위해 복원 직전 자료의 사본이 앱 내부에 남을 수 있습니다. 현재 기록을 삭제해도 이전 복구 사본이나 앱 밖으로 내보낸 백업·이미지·PDF 파일은 별도로 남을 수 있습니다. 필요한 기록은 앱 삭제 전에 직접 백업해 주세요.

7. 문의와 안내 변경

개인정보 관련 문의: inkandbalance79@gmail.com. 이메일 문의를 보내면 답변을 위해 발신 이메일 주소와 문의 내용, 사용자가 첨부한 자료를 운영자가 받게 됩니다. 문의에 불필요한 개인 기록·사진·계정 암호는 보내지 마세요. 문의 자료의 삭제 요청도 같은 주소로 접수할 수 있습니다. 앱의 정보 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 안내와 시행일을 갱신합니다.

This notice covers the I’ll Remember / 내가 기억할게 iOS and Android apps. People, dates, promises, notes and selected photos are stored by default in the app’s storage on the user’s device; the operator does not provide a server that uploads those records. No app account is required. On iOS, the camera can be used when the user allows it. On Android, the current app does not request camera permission. Photos are imported only when the user chooses them with the system picker. Reminders and widgets display selected information on the device, which may be visible to someone viewing its home or lock screen.

The one-time Pro purchase is processed by the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. The app checks the store-returned purchase state to grant Pro access. Android uses the Google Play Billing Library; purchase-related technical diagnostics may be sent to Google. The operator does not receive payment card numbers or Apple/Google account passwords through the app. Purchases do not transfer between the two stores.

There are no ads, user tracking, developer-hosted analytics or external AI integration in the current app. Users can manually export a backup, memory card image or memory-book PDF. On Android, the system document picker lets users choose the file and destination. A chosen storage or sharing service processes the exported copy under its own policy. There is no app-operated automatic cross-device sync. iPhone backup behavior depends on the operating system and the user’s settings. The current Android app is configured to disable operating-system cloud auto backup. Device-to-device transfer behavior may vary by Android version and device manufacturer. Keep a separate manual backup before changing devices or uninstalling. Removing a person deletes linked app records and photos. A pre-restore copy may remain inside the app for recovery, and deleting current records may leave older recovery copies or externally exported files.
